To celebrate my sister Romelle's 50th birthday a small group of us connected at one of her favorite vacations destinations (Myrtle Beach, SC) for a week of celebration. I think we all had at least a little bit of fun!!!

Even though the water seemed cool Roxy and Rob braved it to have some fun in the surf.
I wimped out from the cool water and found a comfy spot to place my chair in the sand and enjoy the warmth of the sun.
One of the warmer water places was the lazy river that ran beside our resort. As you can see, the birthday girl was enjoying her tube ride along the river.
My nephew Kurt displayed his artistic capabilities by created this sand dragon beside the sea. Regrettably it wasn't going to last long as you can see the wetness of the sand where the water was already coming near.
